It’s a new year — take up a new opportunity!
Open to all GPs, wherever they are in their career

BNSSG Training Hub is delighted to announce two new 12-month fellowships, beginning this March. These will provide an excellent opportunity for GPs to develop their leadership and education skills, alongside their existing clinical role.

Successful applicants will work with the Training Hub for 2 sessions (1 day) per week, leading projects designed to support and develop the primary, community, and social care workforce in Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. Fellows will be supervised by a member of the Hub’s senior management team and receive an education & training allowance of £1,000, which may be spent on courses and qualifications relevant to the fellowship.

Applications are welcomed from GPs at any stage of their career. We particularly welcome applications from GPs from diverse backgrounds.

Please send your CV and a covering letter to Sarah Ballisat at sarah.ballisat@nhs.net by Thursday 21 January. Your CV and covering letter will be used for shortlisting. Interviews will be held on Friday 5 February. Successful applicants must be ready to start before the end of March 2021.
