Beginning on Wednesday 21 April, BNSSG Training Hub will deliver its Aspiring Leaders in Health & Social Care Nursing programme for new-into-post and aspiring nurse leaders from across health & social care.
This four-month programme has been put together to familiarise and furnish delegates will skills, knowledge, and attitudes that will support them in their leadership journey, through four three-hour sessions running from April to July. These sessions will cover:
- Well-being & Resilience
- Harnessing Personal Strengths
- Navigating the Bigger Picture
- Application of Quality Improvement Methodologies
As each session will be three hours in length, with pre-session materials to be sent to delegates, applicants should expect the programme to occupy approximately 15 hours between April and July. Additional materials and resources, intended to support delegates in investigating and developing their knowledge and skills in each topic area further, will be dispatched after each module.
The programme is free to attend and will be run virtually.
