Aspiring Leaders '22 #2: Identifying Personal Strengths

JulyJul 12 2022 09:30

Are you an aspiring or new leader / manager in health and care?

Do you struggle with the all-too-common imposter syndrome? That is, a feeling that you're not as competent as others think, or that you don't deserve your job. Do you lack confidence in yourself and feel ill-equipped to handle difficult conversations with colleagues and employees? Do you feel you're at the foot of an overwhelming monolith?

Then this FREE leadership and management development course is for you; open to all aspiring and new primary, community, and social care leaders and managers, it will be delivered through four sessions over the course of this summer and autumn, with each session to be delivered by a different, well-versed guest facilitator.

Please note: the first two sessions will be delivered virtually, while session #3 is likely to be delivered face-to-face. It will not be until September 2022, however.

For more information, please go to this course's page here.
