Bust some myths about nursing apprenticeships in social care
On Tuesday 20 October, from 15.00 to 16.30

In collaboration with Skills for Care and the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG), HEE are inviting colleagues from social care, and non-NHS organisations providing NHS-commissioned care, to a webinar on nursing apprenticeships; you’ll look at how the apprenticeship route into nursing (both registered nurses and nursing associates) can be used to enhance and develop the current and future workforce.

There’ll also be some myth-busting around how the apprenticeship model and associated funding can be accessed, and dispelling of myths around ways in which nurses need to be supported to complete their training. The funding offer for this apprenticeship model itself will be reviewed, too.

To register a place, please email talentforcare@hee.nhs.uk.
