Suitable for: General practice staff who have previously undertaken the National minimum standards and core curriculum for immunisation training. Who will be administering the above vaccines.
Learning outcome: Completion of the course will ensure that participants are well-equipped to handle the prevention, diagnosis, and management of flu, shingles, pneumonia, and COVID-19, while also promoting public health and patient education.
Programme: Revision of the differential symptoms and complications of flu/shingles/pneumonia and Covid

- Vaccination Knowledge
- Understanding the vaccination schedules, eligibility criteria, and booster recommendations.
- Update for the latest Public Health Guidelines for each disease - understanding the rationale behind public health measures and how they mitigate the spread of infections.
- Patient Communication
- Improving health equity, uptake and access.
- Clinical guidelines.
