Who is this for?
The Aspiring Leaders in Health & Social Care programme is aimed at new and aspiring leaders in primary, community, and social care; it represents an exciting opportunity for clinical, managerial, and administrative staff from across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (with the exception of GPs, who should look to the Next Generation GP programme instead).
What is this?
This course is comprised of four modules, in total, with the first having already taken place. For the other modules, please make sure to consult our calendar (click here).
This module, specifically, will consist of a Leadership Strengths workshop, intended to help you identify your particular strengths and how to best harness these to enhance your leadership methodology.
What will it cost me?
Attendance is completely free, and lunch will be provided before the session begins, at midday.
