Gain the tools needed to approach reading literature in a strategic, purposeful way, and to approach it critically to create ideas and arguments for your assignments. - Constructing an Argument
On Monday 13 June | 04.00PM - 05.00PM OR Thursday 23 June | 01.00PM - 02.00PM
Using your ideas and reading, construct an argument for your reader to follow; look at how to plan your assignments and reflections, and at structuring paragraphs. - Academic Writing Style
On Friday 24 June | 01.00PM - 02.00PM OR Monday 27 June | 04.00PM - 05.00PM
Focus on how to write academically at a Level 7 standard. This includes what is meant by “academic style”, and how to write critically.
Each workshop is standalone, and all are open to first contact practitioners (MSK and paramedic) aiming for stage 1 of the HEE Roadmap, and any interested physician associates (PAs), pharmacists, and trainee advanced nurse practitioners (ANPs).
