The Training Hub’s Strategic Workforce activity focuses on strengthening workforce data quality and making workforce information more usable for practices and PCNs, to better support planning and decision-making.

BNSSG General Practice Workforce Reporting Toolkit

The Training Hub’s Workforce Reporting Toolkit provides clear, informative guidance for recording staff on NWRS.

It is locally tailored and brings together key guidance materials into a single, streamlined, user-focussed resource, designed to address common barriers, gaps and misconceptions in NWRS reporting and support consistency, accuracy and best practice across BNSSG – helping to improve the quality and the value of local general practice workforce data.
